Life presents us with many challenges, stemming from both internal struggles and external circumstances. Within each challenge lies an opportunity for growth, understanding, and change. As your intern therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment to empower you to face these challenges, promote mental and emotional wellness and build healthier relationships.

Personal Growth
I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, ensuring a supportive, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment. Working together, we can strive to achieve your personal, and emotional goals, and facilitate meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of my practice, you can often find me exploring the backcountry of the Fraser Valley with my partner and dogs, practicing yoga, or indulging in a good book. These personal passions deeply inform my therapeutic approach, emphasizing holistic well-being and the interconnectedness of the mind and body.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, integrating elements of different therapeutic modalities such as, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and humanistic approaches empowering you to develop healthier coping strategies and enhance self-awareness.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a major life transition, or seeking greater fulfillment and meaning, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can embark on a journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
I look forward to the opportunity of embarking on this journey together.
