Trauma-Informed Yoga Series

Through compassionate inquiry, while supported by breath, mindfulness and gentle movement, this yoga series will focus on creating a space for individuals to experience safety in their bodies, soothe the nervous system, and encourage mental clarity. In this space, students will learn how to develop and explore the tools of yoga that nurture post traumatic growth, which is formed and nourished by their individual needs.
Over 6 weeks we will gently move through a body-based practice, together. It is open to all levels, including beginners. The focus will be on: -Safe movement of the body, which promotes strength and resilience of both body and mind. -Cultivating internal awareness of the body and mind. -Developing empowerment and agency through choice making.

Wednesdays 5:45 โ€“ 7pm October 16 โ€“ November 20. Early bird (before October 2nd): $ 75. After October 2nd: $90
